John Vakis - Chairman & CEO
John, former Goldman Sachs, brings over 25-years of experience in the global Precious Metals Industry, with deep expertise in mine operations, bullion trading, sovereign supply contracts and institutional logistics. He is the founder of GoldPro SA (Swiss,) International Precious Metals Ltd (UK,) IPMKAL Ghana Ltd (Ghana) and IPMB Bullion s.r.o (Czech.) John has structured Gold trade-flows for Banks (Credit Suisse, UBS & Barclays,) Refineries and Government clients across five continents. John has been instrumental in building the Group’s fully integrated Gold ecosystem from ‘Mine to Market’.
Matteo Turi - Chief Financial Officer
Matteo has over 28-years of experience in M&A, scale-up strategy, capital markets and infrastructure project finance, with a strong focus on clean technologies and the life sciences industry. Matteo brings deep insight into both European and African jurisdictions, combined with a sophisticated understanding of cross-border governance, corporate structuring and Investor engagement. He plays a key role in supporting GPC’s UK-based compliance, regulatory oversight and strategic alignment with international capital markets.
Scott Pagal - Head of Investment Strategy
Scott is a highly accomplished investment strategist with a career spanning Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Adelphi Capital and as Co-Founder of Gradient Capital Partners LLP, managing over $1Bn in hedge fund assets. With a background in global tactical asset allocation and equity research, Scott guides the Group’s institutional engagement, portfolio architecture, and capital strategy.
Marcus Grubb - Chief Product Officer
Marcus is a globally recognised expert in Gold, capital markets, and digital asset infrastructure. He has served as Global Head of Product at State Street Digital, CEO of BlockEx, and Managing Director at the World Gold Council, where he co-managed the $60Bn SPDR GLD ETF. With prior leadership roles at JPMorgan, UBS, Rabobank and Swapstream (sold to CME.)
